I'm a 24 year old developer and AI researcher living
in Paris, France.
I recently graduated with Highest Honours from CentraleSupélec (Université Paris-Saclay) as part of the Erasmus Mundus BDMA program. My thesis received the Master Thesis – Industrial Impact Award.
I also hold degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from KU Leuven. My research spans AI, diffusion models, and NLP. I have over 6 years of experience in CS and math projects.
Computer Science graduate
My interest in technology began early, leading me to start programming in high school. My very first "masterpiece" was a program on a TI-84 calculator to calculate the discriminant of a quadratic equation. While it may not have been a groundbreaking algorithm, it sparked a passion for solving problems through code.
However, my interests extended beyond just computer science. I was also fascinated by the world of finance, which led me to participate in an honours program in finance at the University of Antwerp while still in high school. This program allowed me to explore economic principles and financial markets, expanding my knowledge into new areas.
After completing high school, I pursued a Bachelor's in Computer Science at KU Leuven, eager to dive deeper into software development and algorithmic problem-solving. As I progressed, my curiosity grew, leading me to take on a supplementary Bachelor's in Mathematics, where I could delve into the mathematical foundations that underpin computer science.
Balancing these two fields allowed me to develop a versatile skill set, combining theoretical insights with practical programming skills. This foundation led me to complete the Big Data Management and Analytics (BDMA) Erasmus Mundus program. My academic journey took me across Europe, from Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium to Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain, and finally to CentraleSupélec in Paris, where I graduated. I also participated in the eBISS Summer School in Italy, furthering my expertise in data science and its real-world applications.
